Bud Light Stagecoach & Lollapalooza 2026

Role: Producer

Budget: $1.4 Million

For the summer of 2026, I was the lead producer for the Bud Light stages / activations at both Stagecoach and Lollapalooza. I managed the creative design timeline, carried out the festival advance, sourced and managed all vendors, facilitated engineering of all fabricated assets, secured permits, and led onsite stage and support teams through event duration.

Stagecoach: The Bud Light Stage was one of the official Stagecoach music festival stages. It featured a massive marquee sign to help guide fans to our space, western themed decor and photo moments, an authentic sports bar area for people to hang out and play games, and, of course, amazing music acts drawing massive crowds each day. We built all new assets for this event, which included preparing mechanical drawings and engineering stamps.

Lollapalooza: At Lolla, we updated the existing assets to make the Bud Light Sound Bar. I gave music fans a place to grab a cold Bud Light, catch a DJ set, and recharge between performances. The picnic tables and cornhole setup gave festival goers a reason to kick back and stay awhile. The Bud Light Merch Shed became a destination of its own, with three exclusive drops per day drawing lines of fans eager to get their hands on limited edition gear. Equal parts bar, music venue, and hangout, the Bud Light Sound Bar gave Lolla fans a place to escape the festival frenzy without ever leaving the action.

Lippie Land: e.l.f. at Art Basel 2025

Role: Producer

Budget: $400k

At Art Basel 2025, I produced an event for e.l.f. Cosmetics called ‘LIPPIE LAND’ - the ultimate amusement park for e.l.f. lip balm enthusiasts. Standing at 20’ tall, Lippie Land was the “cannot miss” destination for all party and festival goers at the Cadillac Beach Club. I led an internal creative team through multiple rounds of presentations and feedback, carried out the event advance, sourced and managed all vendors, facilitated engineering of all fabricated assets, and directed onsite makeup artists and brand ambassador teams for the event duration.

The activation was at Nylon House, as well as Breakaway Music Festival, for 2 nights and was visited by thousands of guests. The footprint had photo opportunities, a glam station with professional makeup artists, a prize wall for e.l.f. product giveaways, and a “Do it your e.l.f.” station where guests could bedazzle an e.l.f. product or a branded mirror compact.

e.l.f. x NWSL 2025

Role: Producer

Budget: $650k

During the 2025 National Women’s Soccer League season, I produced a 30’x30’ footprint for e.l.f. cosmetics. It activated at fan-fests in Kansas City, San Diego, and San Francisco. I led an internal creative team through multiple rounds of presentations and feedback, carried out the event advance for each stop, sourced and managed all vendors, facilitated engineering of all fabricated assets, and led onsite makeup artists and brand ambassador teams through event duration.

Standing at over 10’ tall, this 30x30 footprint brought the energy with games, photo ops, and of course, lots of free samples. Our activation offered numerous interactive moments for guests to engage with e.l.f. at several touch points - including a soccer shot game, shoelace giveaway, product gifting, and a custom trading card photo booth.

Ford Gamer Van

Role: Producer

Budget: $500k

In 2023, I was the producer for a van conversion project with Ford. To celebrate the release of their new Ford Transit Trail, Ford partnered with NRG and Full Squad Gaming to create a gamer’s “dream van” - complete with a PC gaming and streaming setup, a podcast studio, and an XBox Series X station. NRG then took the van on a road trip to Twitchcon, with content stops along the way. The van was powered by an onboard generator and connected to the internet through Starlink. I led an internal creative team through design and approvals, sourced all vendors, procured all video game and podcast equipment, and managed onsite teams during content events and Twitchcon activation.

e.l.f. x PWHL

Role: Producer

Budget: $800k

During the Professional Women’s Hockey League season in both 2025 and 2026, I produced a tour for e.l.f. cosmetics. The footprint was a 10’x10’ that activated at 10 games in 7 cities across the U.S. and Canada. In order to cover games that were back to back, we created 2 identical versions of the footprint. I was responsible for advancing, executing, and managing logistics for both footprints for the entirety of the tour. The footprint had a hockey shot game and a giveaway desk, and reached over 44,077 attendees, with 20,467 samples distributed.
